I’m Michelle Baldwin, a property owner and host in Western NC.
For over four years, I worked for a large national vacation rental management company where I learned the in’s and out’s of the industry.
Three years ago, my husband Michael and I purchased our own rental cabin in Maggie Valley. With 5-star reviews and superhost status, our property outperformed comparable homes in the market. A year later, we acquired another vacation rental home in Whittier, NC. Inspired by this success, we founded Evergreen Properties to offer the same results to other owners.
